Ducks Take Flight – 2023 Playbook/Event Details  Thank you so much for joining us. 

Our event begins Sunday evening at 6:00 PM with a cocktail reception. Check in and tee prize pickup will begin at 5:45 PM. Our Sunday night event will include live/silent auctions and coachs’ panel. 

Pre-registration is required for dinner and golf. We are unable to accommodate guests not registered in advance.  
Blackhawk Country Club is a private venue and gated community. We recommend you allow at least 20 minutes to commute from the hotel to Blackhawk Country Club. Check-in at the security gate is required on Sunday and Monday. Please have your ID ready to show.

No charge parking will be available and there will be signs directing you to the lot.
Upon arrival proceed to the Ballroom.

If you plan to stay at the San Ramon Marriott, our official event hotel, please book your reservations as soon as possible using this link:  San Ramon Marriott . Special Rates will not be available after April 26, 2023.

  Check-in for golf will begin at 7:30 AM on Monday morning.
